    This IS Revolution Gaming Rules and Regulations


    1. TiR Structure

    1.1 Organizational Structure.

    In order to provide a better and organized gaming clan, TiR organizes its members into “Squads” as follows
    (A)Each TiR Squad includes one (1) Captain, two (2) Lieutenants, and seven (7) Enlisted members for a total of ten (10) members. An TiR Squad may only be created by a voted Squad Leader.


    (ADDON)

    At any rank, you're eligible to become a primary flyer for our competitive gaming squad, as long as you can out fly or match up to mercs' flying in an attack helicopter, and out fly or match OriginM40A3 in a scout helicopter!


    1.2 Rank Structure.

    TiR members are organized into various Ranks, outlined below:

    (A) Recruit. A Recruit is someone who has expressed an interest in joining TiR. They must endure one week in the community to be promoted to a Private. During the same time, members of the Squad the Recruit joined are to evaluate whether the Recruit would be a good member in TiR.

    (B) Enlisted Ranks. the enlisted ranks are the ranks TiR members must progress through to become a Officer.(If position availible)

    (C) Warrant Officer Ranks. You have to be a warrant officer rank or above, for the competitive gaming squad to become a primary flyer., and if you're in the casual gaming squad, you'll be eligible for being a squad leader.

    (D) Officer Ranks. The Officer ranks are for the very active members of TiR to progress through to gain leadership abilities and responsibilities.

    (1) Lieutenant. A Lieutenant’s primary responsibility is to assist their Captain with the day-to-day overseeing and training of their Squad.

    (2) Captain. A Captain’s primary responsibility is to oversee a Squad. This responsibility includes making sure the members of their Squad follow the TiR Regulations, and any other TiR rules. A Captain must also have weekly Squad meetings with their squad members and maintain a squad list. Each Captain has the power to promote or demote the members of their Squad with final approval from their Squad Leader.

    (3) Major. A Major’s primary responsibility is to oversee one (1) Squad. A Major must also ensure weekly Squad meetings are taking place, maintain and actively update a Squad List, and ensure that their squad remains active both on the TiR community site and on Playstation 3 by participating in the TiR game nights and any TiR tournaments. Each Major also has the power to demote or remove the members of their Squad.

    (4) Other Officer Ranks. The rest of the officer ranks are for TiR officers who show extreme passion and excellence in their roles as leaders. These members will help oversee the forums and TiR.

    (D) TiR Gamer. Any TiR member who has been at least promoted to a Private is eligible. Each Gamer is a full member of TiR who has opted to not participate in the Rank Structure, choosing instead to enjoy TiR from the gaming side. Each Gamer must continue to follow any and all TiR rules and regulations. Gamers are not eligible to compete on any TiR competitive team.

    (E) TiR Staff Members. These members participate in the various staff teams seen below:
    News Team: Individuals that create articles for websites and inform the community about events that are occurring.

    Recruitment Team: Job is to be the representatives of TiR. They are to help recruit new faces into the community and to help
    promote the community as a whole.

    Tournament Team: Job is to help keep the ladder structure in line and to manage games for each ladder. They are create tournaments and events for the community to partake in.

    Graphics Team: Job is to help TiR and the community members with any and all graphic needs.

    Training Team: Job is to help improve members skills both in game and on the forums.
    (F) Administrators/Founders. These members started TiR and oversee all of TiR. The Administrators/Founders have the power to promote, demote, or permanently remove any member of TiR.

    1.3 Member Identification.
    Each member of TiR is encouraged to represent their status as a member of TiR to the rest of the gaming world. TiR uses and the following types of identification:

    (A) ClanTags. A proper TiR Clan Tag must begin with the initials “TiR” in all caps (e.g. "[TiR]Professionalist" ).

    (B) In Game Clan Tags. All members are encouraged to use the in game clan tags (e.g. "TiR")

    1.4 Meetings.
    To help maintain the communication necessary to provide an enjoyable and organized gaming community, meetings will be regularly held throughout TiR. Members are strongly encouraged to attend these meetings if applicable. Excessive unexcused absences may result in a demotion.


    2. TiR Websites and Affiliates


    2.1 Community Aspect

    TiR has a community based system where all members are considered equal and can participate in community events & scrimmages. The community aspect is for gamers that would rather play scrimmages and not so much matchs/competitive gaming. This aspect allows for all types of gamers to feel welcome under one community and to not have to about competitive game play.

    2.2 Competitive Aspect

    TiR has a competitive based system for all members that want to have competitions with other communities and clans out there by partaking in ladder matchs and/or competitive scrimmages. This aspect allows competitive gamers to keep their competitive nature but can also feel the same affects as being in a community and getting to know more people.

    2.3 Forums & Private Messages

    Content: Any use of obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, harassing, racist, sexually-orientated or illegal stuff will be a PERMANENT BAN!

    2.4 General Community Rules

    (1) Respect other members - Abuse, racism and bullying are not tolerated.

    (2) Committee members work in the best interests of all members, respect them.

    (3) If you're going on a vacation or going inactive for an extended period of time, please let us know on the forums.

    (4) Cheating is not allowed in an in-game situation.

    (5) Multi-clanning is not allowed and will result in a PERMANENT BAN

    (7) Finally, you represent TiR so be respectful to everyone in the community and in-game.
