own severs is it possible on PS3

so i seen some talk of having our own severs just a couple of thing i need to know
1: is it possible
2: what would it take to ran one

as next year iam looking at building a computer with the capable of ranning a few severs off it so i dont think the add components to ran gaming sever would be too great

It will be difficult, battlefield kinda screwed over console players

I think I posted this sugestion on our battlelog board.It would be good to use it for recruitment and clan skermishes.

I'd love to see private servers, I doubt we will get them anytime soon tho, Pc doesn't even have that option, and i'd say if anything Pc players would get that option first =\
